Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or/and exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

The process of returns must be initiated within two (2) Eke Market Days after delivery is made to the customer and the process completed within four (4) Eke Market Days, for customers within the same State and eight (8) Eke Market Days for customers outside the State. Eke Market day is everyday the traditional businesses are open, that is, Monday to Saturday

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return. All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase / the return form provided /other], and drop off your item at the address below your earliest convenience to expedite the return processing.

Failure to drop off the item within 8 business days from the date you initiated the return will result in the cancellation of your return request

If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid

You can request a return if you have changed your mind about an item AND if it has not been opened except for the following items, for hygiene and security reasons: swimwear, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, fragrances, groceries, food supplements, software, tickets, and adult products.

Refunds

If your return request is validated, our refund timelines will be as follows:

  • If you paid with Cash, the refund will be issued to your bank account details provided when creating within 24 hours. It may take up to 2 - 5 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
  • If you paid via bank card, you’ll receive the refund back to your bank card within 24 hours. it may take up to 3 - 7 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
  • If you have chosen a voucher as your refund method, your refund voucher will be processed immediately, and you will receive an e-mail with your voucher code.
  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return [or exchange]. Please allow at least 3-5 Business days from the receipt of your item to process your return [or exchange]. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
